Cocktail : minuman campuran yg berakohol yg terdri dr lbh 2 cmpuran dan biasanya pakai gelas cocktail

1. Whisky sour
~2% whisky
~1% lemon juice
~1 teaspoon simple syrup

shake with ice and strain in sourglass and garnish with a sliced lemon and a cherry


2. Jhon Collins
~2% whisky
~1% lemon juice
~1 teaspoon simple syrup

shake with ice and strain in to collins glass with carbonated water and garnish with a slice lemon and cherry


3.Hula-hula
~1 1/2 % dry gin
~1% orange juice
~1 teaspoon simple syrup

shake with ice and strain in to cocktail glass



Hi-ball
Minuman cmpuran yg b'akohl yg dimna cmprn hny terdr dr 2 cmprn dan gelasnya pakai hi-ball glass
msl na:
whisky cola
rum coke
whisky water

*Tequila sunrise
~1 1/2 % tequila
~2 % orange juice
~1 teaspoon simple syrup


shake with ice and strain in to hi-ball glass and float 1% grenadine syrup garnish with a sliced orange and a cherry


*Grasshoper
~3/4 % creme de menthol (green)
~3/4 % creme de cacao (white)
~3/4 % sweet cream

shake with ice and strain in to cocktail glass

* Long island tea
3/4 % rum
3/4 % gin
3/4 % vodka
3/4 % tequila
3/4 % tripple sec
1 % lemon juice

pour all ingredients in to high ball glass and several ice cubes and fill the glass with cocacola garnish with a sliced lemon serve with straw
